Shipping Destinations
Riff Junkie ships within the United States. Availability for other destinations, if offered, will be shown when you enter your delivery address at checkout.
Production Time
Every Riff Junkie shirt is printed on demand especially for you. Most orders are produced and shipped within 5–7 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time
After production is complete, delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Production and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, unusually high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is $4.99. Orders totaling $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Shipping Methods and Tracking
Orders are shipped by the carrier selected by our fulfillment provider based on the delivery destination and production location. When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Separate Shipments
Because our products are printed on demand and may be fulfilled by different production facilities, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible at support@riffjunkie.com. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period, your package appears to be lost, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@riffjunkie.com. Include your order number and any relevant photographs so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
